Our Heart
My Lamp is a project to support single people, and especially single parents, in distress. Because God helps us in our distress, we want to help others in the same situation.
Those to whom we give have to provide evidence that the money they are given will be used for the correct purpose and not something else. Enabling people to be unproductive or other bad habits is not helpful to anyone.
It is our hope that My Lamp will be able to impact lives. We want to give richly as the Lord has given richly to us.
Vision statement
We want to reach out with Christ, healing, love, and touch the hearts of those who have had to endure hard times and need some financial assistance. We do this with food, clothing, or shelter for themselves or their children. The full list of helps can be found on the I Need Help page.
Mission Statement
We are Christian Outreach project which offers many opportunities to help single people and single parents and others depending on their needs.
We want to reach out to individuals that have needs. Our beliefs off of Isaiah 58: and want to reach those who have been faithful in prayer attending Christ centered church or such or organizations such as Celebrate recovery or any Christian biblical project only
Core Values
We are Christian based ministry. Founded on the Bible and prayer we believes that the principles of salvation can lead to recovery of mind, body, soul, and spirit, even after tragedy our heartbreak.
We value following after Jesus Christ, and that one can find strength and support through the body of believers. Therefore, people will be transformed from their former ways and thoughts into new creations in Christ as in second Corinthians 5:17. This comes through a relationship with God and forgiveness of ourselves and others as we heal.
We believe that, as we mature in Christ that we can be free from our past and shame, anger, grief, and so many things that we have suffered through the years
Therefore, we are and will be able in reach out to others who have had their life shattered, and will be better equipped to help others to face their fears with confidence through Christ, healing virtues, and grace.
